Success for the Restructuring division
Five firms involved in Frichti's receivership
By THE BUSINESS LAWYERS' LETTER
On September 27th, the French home delivery service La Belle Vie was selected by the Paris Commercial Court to take over the operations of Frichti, a meal delivery expert that had been placed in receivership last May. After being acquired by Gorillas in 2022, and then owned by Getir following the acquisition of the German group by the Turkish giant, the young French company was facing financial difficulties that jeopardized its future. To acquire Frichti, La Belle Vie offered €30,000, in addition to a provision of €450,000. The group also committed to retaining 168 of Frichti's 334 employees and maintaining four logistics centers, as well as 14 of its 18 company restaurants.
