While successive legislative provisions, influenced by the European Union, tend to promote ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution), their use is sometimes hampered by a lack of visibility and understanding. Hence the importance of better defining and understanding the specific characteristics of one of them: the Collaborative Process.
During this presentation session, you will be shown the essential steps and principles of the Collaborative Process, the most complete form of seeking an amicable solution to a conflict, according to the Delmas-Goyon report on 21st Century Justice.
This session will be led by Juliette GRISET , Lawyer at the Paris Bar, President of the AFPDC, main activities: family law, inheritance, persons and their assets, and Laurence FASSIER , Lawyer at the Paris Bar, Vice-President of the AFPDC, CMAP accredited mediator, main activities: business law.
