After obtaining the DJCE/DESS in Business and Tax Law in 1999, Véronique GUERRERO joined the firm PREUILH & VIDONNE ASSOCIÉS, where she acquired solid experience in business law , and in particular in company law.

Partner at PREUILH VIDONNE CROIZAT HUGUENIN & ASSOCIÉS, which joined CARLARA INTERNATIONAL in 2010, Véronique GUERRERO focuses particularly on corporate matters, balance sheet operations and mergers, sales and acquisitions, both for a national clientele composed of micro-enterprises, SMEs and subsidiaries of foreign groups, and for an international clientele.
