Nadir HACENE holds a Doctorate in International and Community Law.
A lawyer at the Paris Bar, a member of the International Criminal Bar, he practices mainly abroad, representing CARLARA INTERNATIONAL in Algeria.
Formerly an expert for the Algerian government on the program for Algeria's accession to the World Trade Organization and association with the European Union, he mainly practices in private international law (nationality disputes), community law, environmental law, business law and administrative law.
