Josiane VIDONNE

Josiane VIDONNE worked as a tax specialist at the firm COOPERS & LYBRAND CONSEIL (LANDWELL) from 1990 to 1997 where she acquired practical knowledge of the life of French and international companies, and their legal, accounting and tax constraints.

Josiane VIDONNE focused more specifically on corporate taxation and developed specific expertise in the field of tax litigation, which led her to teach this subject for several years at the Lyon School of Lawyers.

Josiane VIDONNE assists her clients during audits, interviews, and negotiations with tax authorities and, where necessary, during litigation before administrative or judicial courts. She also advises business leaders on issues related to their personal taxation (particularly income tax and wealth tax) and prepares income tax returns for employees of international groups working abroad in France.

Co-founder of the firm PREUILH & VIDONNE ASSOCIÉS in 2010, Josiane VIDONNE is in charge of the tax department at the Lyon office of the firm PREUILH VIDONNE CROIZAT HUGUENIN & ASSOCIÉS which joined CARLARA INTERNATIONAL in 2010.

Her experience in business litigation also led her to train in mediation as an alternative method of conflict resolution.

Registered with the Lyon Bar Association since 1993.
