Holding a master's degree in public law and a graduate degree in political science, Henri de Beauregard was sworn in in 2002.

Former Secretary of the Conference of the Stage (2004), he worked in the criminal law firm of Mes Jean-Marc and Alexandre Varaut before founding his own firm in 2007.

With a dual background in public and criminal law, he has acquired recognized expertise in:

General criminal law (delict and felony) and special criminal law, Business criminal law (bankruptcy, ABS, fraud), liability of directors and elected officials, Press law (defamation, insult), State liability (abuse of power, gross negligence of the public service…) He also intervenes in classic liability litigation.

Advising several professional unions (National Union of Discotheques and Leisure Venues, APIIH…), Henri de Beauregard also assists numerous associations (Action Teams against Prostitution, Family Associations…), elected officials (local and national), and many business leaders.

In fact, he intervened in several high-profile cases (Erika oil spill, Telecom City bankruptcy, UIMM, so-called Testing cases, conflict at the Union of Trades in the Hotel Industry, defense of Croatian General Gotovina before the ICTY…).
