Hedwige CALDAIROU

Hedwige CALDAIROU has been a partner at the firm CARBONNIER LAMAZE RASLE & ASSOCIES since January 1, 2015.

She regularly works in the audiovisual and telecommunications sectors, assisting a clientele comprised of audiovisual groups, production companies, and authors. Her expertise includes the distribution, acquisition, and exploitation of film and sports broadcasting rights, as well as the entire audiovisual production chain, providing both advisory and litigation services.

Hedwige CALDAIROU also intervenes, on a recurring basis, in business law and commercial law for industrial groups and large French and foreign companies and works interchangeably in English and French having spent the beginning of her professional career in the United States and India.

She is also an accredited mediator of the CMAP (Paris Mediation and Arbitration Centre) and the CEDR (Center for Effective Dispute Resolution) and is frequently appointed in audiovisual and business law matters in both conventional and judicial mediations.
