Geoffroy Didier has been a partner at the law firm CARBONNIER LAMAZE RASLE since January 1, 2015. He is a member of the Paris and New York Bars. He began his career in 2002 as an associate specializing in business law at the New York firm SKADDEN ARPS SLATE MEAGHER & FLOM. After four years in the United States, he returned to France in 2004 and joined the Parisian law firm VEIL JOURDE, where he worked with Jean Veil on white-collar crime . Following a period of service in ministerial offices, which required him to temporarily suspend his legal practice, Geoffroy Didier resumed practicing law in early 2015.
He mainly practices business law in French and English, in mergers and acquisitions, changes or restructuring of shareholdings, particularly in the context of negotiating and drafting contracts for the transfer of shares, shareholder agreements, asset and liability guarantees and their implications in company law.
He also intervenes in business litigation cases where he advises and assists business leaders or financial institutions.
