A lawyer since 1996, Fanny Desclozeaux has been a partner at the firm Carbonnier Lamaze Rasle & Associés since 2003. Fifteen years of experience in the banking sector, both as a freelancer and as head of the legal department of a major French bank, have allowed her to acquire expertise in banking law. She has developed a practice encompassing both advisory and litigation work. She heads the Banking, Securities, and Finance practice group.

She mainly intervenes in the areas of securities law, financial law and white-collar crime, as well as in the sector of companies in difficulty.
