Fanny DESCLOZEAUX

A lawyer since 1996, Fanny Desclozeaux has been a partner at the firm Carbonnier Lamaze Rasle & Associés since 2003. Fifteen years of experience in the banking sector, both as a freelancer and as head of the legal department of a major French bank, have allowed her to acquire expertise in banking law. She has developed a practice encompassing both advisory and litigation work. She heads the Banking, Securities, and Finance practice group.

She mainly intervenes in the areas of securities law, financial law and white-collar crime, as well as in the sector of companies in difficulty.

Its expertise is demonstrated by assistance in banking litigation (liability claims, assignment of receivables, insolvency proceedings), assistance to banks and financial institutions in the context of the investigation of their liability by a judicial representative, assistance to judicial representatives in the context of liability actions against third parties (franchise and concession contracts), assistance in the recovery of debts and actions for sanctions against directors, assistance to company directors in the context of criminal actions for breach of trust, misuse of company assets, fraud, assistance in enforcement proceedings, in particular in matters of real estate seizure and litigation before the Enforcement Judge.
