Dorothée DE BERNIS

After living in England for seven years and successfully passing the Bar of Great Britain, and with two years of professional experience at HERBERT SMITH in London, Dorothée de BERNIS joined the firm CARBONNIER LAMAZE RASLE & ASSOCIES in 2006.

With a dual background in French and English law, she has focused on business law, particularly banking and corporate law. She provides counsel, litigation, and arbitration services (ICC/AFA and others).

Thus, it assists and advises business leaders and financial organizations concerning in particular issues related to capital operations (transfer of securities, shareholder agreements, liability guarantees), disputes between shareholders (dilution, abuse of majority/minority, non-competition obligations), credit operations and payment instruments, the enactment of contractual or tortious civil liability.

Admitted to the Paris Bar since 2006 and formerly to the British Bar.
