Christophe Lachaux has practiced law since 1989. After beginning his career in New York, he worked as an associate in a Franco-American business law firm in Paris. He then spent eight years in the legal and tax department of a major international auditing group, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and company law . While at this firm, he was seconded for two years to São Paulo, Brazil, as head of the European Desk.
Christophe LACHAUX is a partner in the firm CARBONNIER LAMAZE RASLE & ASSOCIÉS, which he joined in 2005.
He has nearly twenty years of experience in mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance.
He specializes in mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, acquisitions and joint ventures.
Drawing on his international experience, he frequently advises on cross-border transactions and international contracts. He teaches at the Paris Bar School (EFB).
