Charles CALLAUD

A lawyer since 2011, Charles Callaud specializes in wealth tax, a field in which he was trained and which he has practiced since the beginning of his career. He began his professional activity at the Jeantet firm, in the wealth tax department, where he acquired in-depth expertise in the tax structuring of complex estates.

Charles assists family businesses, entrepreneurs, and executives in optimizing and structuring their personal and professional assets. He specializes in issues related to business succession, governance, and international taxation.

He also intervenes in high-level balance sheet operations (mergers, acquisitions, fundraising, financing and refinancing) by providing strategic tax expertise, as well as in the design and implementation of incentive and loyalty schemes for managers (management packages).
