Bernard PREUILH began his career in the legal and financial department of the engineering company SOGREAH based in Grenoble.
In 1987, Bernard PREUILH joined the law firm COOPERS & LYBRAND CONSEIL (LANDWELL), where he became a partner in 1994, before creating, in 1996, the firm PREUILH & VIDONNE ASSOCIÉS which became the firm PREUILH VIDONNE CROIZAT HUGUENIN & ASSOCIÉS which joined CARLARA INTERNATIONAL in 2010.
A specialist in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and contracts, Bernard PREUILH advises national and international clients on mergers and acquisitions and the negotiation of commercial and industrial contracts.
In addition, Bernard PREUILH teaches at the School of Lawyers of the Rhône Alpes region and at the DJCE - Master II Business Law of the University Lyon III.
